Room upgrades and/or additional nights outside of each group's travel policy will be billed to the card on file.

All guests will need to provide a credit card when securing their guest room; individual PSG Funding is explained below.

NOTE: Negotiated PSG room rate of $247.47/night. including tax and mandatory discounted resort fee of $10/night ($209.00 + $10.00+ 13% tax = $247.47) includes unlimited internet access in guest room and lobby, access to workout room; tennis court and tennis equipment rental; complimentary water bottles in room replenished daily, shuttle service around Sheraton Grand Wild Horse Pass resort.

Upon registering for your guest room there is a default banner within the Sheraton Grand Wild Horse Pass website that implies guest rooms are charged a $29.00/night mandatory resort fee - Please ignore the message the system is generic and cannot be altered to reflect the PSG's negotiated discounted rate for $10/night.

STUDY-SPECIFIC FUNDING

  SURE-PD3:  Primary Site Coordinator, and Investigator, one each per  
  site. Saturday April 6 and Sunday, April 7 guest rooms will be master        billed at the Sheraton Grand Wild Horse Pass. Travel funds economy    roundtrip airfare up to $500.00 plus incidentals up to $150.00 per person.

  SPARK:Steering Committee, airfare up to $400.00 plus two nights   master billed at the Sheraton Grand Wild Horse Pass. Primary Site                            Coordinator and Investigator, one each per site. Airfare up to400.00                           plus one night master billed at the Sheraton Grand Wild Horse Pass.  

    AT-HOME PD:
    Funding available for smartphone platform and tele-visit site        staff - Please contact your project manager for details.
