Whether you want to lose weight, tone, build muscle, or just be more active, we have the program for you AND we will teach you tools to make this new lifestyle a part of your every day routine.

In support of CWRU employee wellness, 121 Fitness is offering discounted program rates for CWRU employees.  In each tier below, the first 20 eligible university employees to register will receive a 50% discount!  (Open to new participants first, remaining slots can be filled by former participants if spaces are available.  You must be a part- or full-time employee of the university to receive the discount.)

ALL of the "Get Fit for Life" program tiers (see below) include the following amenities:

  • Access to 121 Fitness Center for 8-weeks
  • Health Risk Assessment (HRA)
  • Weekly weigh ins
  • Special classes, group meetings and events
  • Weekly motivational emails, tips and information
  • PRIZES!

Get "Fit for Life" is an 8-week  program offering four (4) tiers for your success.  All tiers include the above, but have different focuses and prices. 

Take it Off!  A national, 12-week weight loss program designed for those who need to lose over 20lbs (visit the TIO website).  TIO encourages sensible eating, regular Happy on scaleexercise and lifestyle changes to help you lose weight and keep it off for a lifetime.  TIO includes weekly, individual 30-min nutritional coaching sessions following an easy-to-use meal plans using simple grocery store foods and nutrition journal.

Price: $24.92/week for 1x/week coaching, $33.25/week for 2x/week coaching.  Add personal training sessions at a discounted rate for quicker results.  Note: The TIO program is 12-weeks long. For the Get "Fit For Life" Challenge, data will be taken at the 8-week point, but your program (and access to all the above) will continue through Sept. 18th!

Choose to Lose!  Our successful 8-week exercise program that includes 30-min personal training sessions each week focusing on weight loss. Price: $30 per week.  You may add additional personal training sessions at a discounted rate. 

Get Active!  Our successful 8-week exercise program that includes 30-min personal trainnig sessions eash week focusing on toning or muscle building. Price: $30 per week. You may add additional personal training sessions at a discounted rate. 

    Basic! This tier includes the amenities listed above, without personal training or individual nutritional coaching. Price $20 per week.

     

    *Note: The prices listed are for non-members.  121 current members and the first 20 eligible CWRU employees to join each tier receive a discount off the listed rate!  Choose the appropriate tier and price when you register.

    Registration must be completed on-line or in person at 121 Fitness Center.  You will be contacted as soon as possible to confirm your registration status.  Payment must be received within (2) business days of registration to secure your discount and payments are non-refundable.
