The Benefits of a good night's sleep escapes many, leaving them exhausted and even depressed the next day. This presentation will focus on current behavioral health tips for a good night's sleep and will encourage participants to share what works for them. Current neuropsychology studies relating to the effects of memory and emotional health will also be addressed.
