This 1 hour Yoga Basics class practices the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga as you focus on posture and form while enhancing relaxation and flexibility. Hatha Yoga is low-impact Yoga that helps to regulate breathing and is intended to sustain healthy bodily functioning and induce emotional calmness.
You will receive full access to shower, sauna, locker and vanity area facilities.
