Don't forget to use your PROMO CODE in the space provided! You need to type in the code representing your status plus the number of hours you are attending, e.g., MEMBER16, RETIRED12, ASSOCIATE8, etc. Students and Speakers enter only STUDENT or SPEAKER without the number. Non-Members will not use a promo code. If in doubt, please contact us to confirm your status and/or update your membership. Review the "Payment Summary" at the bottom of the Registration Page to be sure the discount was applied BEFORE submitting your registration. If you don't use the code you will be charged at the Non-Member rate.
PLEASE NOTE: If you pay by check, your check must be postmarked on or before December 7, 2015, to receive the Early Bird Rate. Registrations paid by check will not be final until the check is received.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations prior to December 8: A $25 handling fee will be deducted.
Cancellations between December 8 and December 27: A $50 handling fee will be deducted.
No Refunds will be given after December 27. To be fair to everyone there will be no exceptions.
Substitutions will be subject to a $25 handling fee.
