Join our certified Walk Instructor Lisa Higgins for a
2-mile high calorie burn walk in our air-conditioned classroom. All you need is a comfortable pair of walking shoes! Walk 15 takes the simplest, most natural form of excercise and makes it better---seriously better! It's a health enhancing, calorie torching, posture perfecting kind of better! If you've heard of Leslie Sansone, then you know she created an effective easy program.
Walk 15 is a group exercise class for folks of all ages and all fitness levels! The choreography is very easy to follow and it's effective! It is built with "walking based" moves for anyone to follow. Combine those with fun upbeat music and a motivating instructor and it will be the easiest and most fun 2-mile walk you'll do!
