By seeing where your personality fits within a broader spectrum, you’ll see how easy it is for us to feel like we’re stuck on different wavelengths from each other. But individuals who hail from all over the Insights Color Wheel can bring their array of strengths together to form a stronger team.

At the full-day Insights Discovery Leadership Effectiveness workshop, you’ll focus on your individual leadership preferences, and deepen your understanding of other leaders -- you know, the ones who are different than you are! You’ll end the day with a personal roadmap and concrete ideas on how to approach your leadership in new ways.

To attend this workshop, you need to have either completed our Insights Discovery Introduction to Personal Effectiveness workshop, or have received your Insights personal profile while working with Floricane. (In other words, you need to have a grounding in Insights' model, and a copy of your own personal profile. Give us a call if you have questions!
