On May 2-4th, Brustein & Manasevit, PLLC will bring together key officials from federal agencies with responsibilities in federal education programs and our firm’s attorneys to address the most pressing issues facing State, local, and postsecondary administrators and auditors.  We will discuss reauthorization efforts of the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) (including the Adult Education Act), the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act, and as well as other issues affecting K-12, Workforce, and Postsecondary programs and the latest developments on audit resolution and risk management.  We will also include a panel of State and local administrators to discuss their involvement in the resolution of one of the largest audits to date!
