Connections Cafe

Raising Resilience's FREE virtual parent support program brings parents, grandparents, educators, and caretakers together to address priority parenting topics as we navigate the parenting journey. Registration is required for meeting access. Visit raisingresilience.org for a list of past sessions and to access our video library.

Raising Resilience is hosting a community-wide parenting book event. Parents, grandparents, educators, and caretakers - we encourage you to invite a fellow parent or group of peer parents to participate with you. Check in with each other for encouragement and reflection as you read the book over the next month.

FIRST >>> Read Raising Good Humans - A Mindful Guide to Breaking the Cycle of Reactive Parenting and Raising Kind, Confident Kids along with us. Get your copy from the library, local bookstore, or online. A reading schedule will be posted on our website and reflection/discussion prompts will be posted on our Facebook and Instagram page each week. Follow the schedule or read at your own pace: https://bit.ly/3GIaRH5

THEN >>> Join us for a CONNECTIONS CAFE session to meet the author, Hunter Clarke-Fields. There will be moderated break out rooms to discuss the book as a community during the session. Let's use this opportunity to find common 'grounding' and Raise Resilience together!

>>DONATE<<

As we progress through a new program year, we invite you to make a donation to help keep this program going. Your contribution will help us reach more parents with education, resources, and connections that help families thrive. Donations help cover a portion of the cost to produce CONNECTIONS CAFE and bring nationally acclaimed speakers and documentaries.

When parents feel supported and empowered with the tools they need to build resilience in themselves and their children, our youth can thrive, and our community can grow stronger. THANK YOU!
