WHAT: CISV USA Northeast Regional Mini-Camp 2014

YLIF (USA) - Under age 18 participants
ALIF (USA) - 18 + (participants and chaperones)
Health Form - Only sections A & B required; parent must sign section D. NO doctor's signature is required. (participants and chapterones)
Chaperones are needed for the weekend - one chaperone for every 8 participants. You must coordinate with your local chapter as there are only a certain number of free spaces for chaperones. You must be over 21 to chaperone and have background checks registered with your local chapter. We will need both male and female chaperones to staff the dormatory areas at night.
Cost
The cost for the RMC is $100. Price includes 2 nights, 4 meals (Saturday breakfast to Sunday breakfast) and a t-shirt. You will have the option to pay for the weekend via either Credit Card or check. There is a $2.50 service change if paying by credit card or PayPal. If paying by check, make out to "Brandywine Valley CISV" and mail to
