Know the Warning Signs:

Identifying and Dealing with Financial Problems in Your Business

Owning and operating your own business can be very rewarding but its challenges and frustrations can sometimes be overwhelming. The Lakewood Urban Enterprise Zone’s (UEZ) program is pleased to announce a new workshop designed to assist businesses in identifying the warning signs of financial disaster. The seminar will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at 10 a.m. in Conference Room C of the Lakewood Municipal Building, 231 Third Street, Lakewood.

To most businesses, some debt is not unusual.  But what happens when there is too much?  What happens if business is slow or you lose a major client?  How do you handle it?  How does your business survive? Abe Pollak, NJ Managing Director and Steve Stalter, founding principal and Vice President of The Waterford Group USA, will discuss the warning signs and what a business can do to mitigate the problem of debt and financial decline.

Mr. Stalter directs and oversees the business development portion of The Waterford Group USA and specializes in bringing unique and specialized services to business owners that have found themselves in financial distress.  Since 1999, The Waterford Group USA has been helping business owners save their businesses due to unresolved debt issues which arise for numerous and sometimes complicated reasons.

The UEZ encourages all our local businesses to attend this informative seminar.  There is no charge to attend.  Join us on Wednesday, October 29th to learn about minimizing and recovering from financial distress in your business.
