Designed to assist older adults to reduce their fear of falling, increase their confidence levels, and increase physical activity. Promotes balance, strengthening, flexibility, range of motion. Workshop is a combination of gentle group exercise and group discussion. Environmental hazards in the home are highlighted through a home safety checklist.
1x/week, 8 weeks, 2-hour classes.
Please note: If you are able, we are asking for a suggested contribution of $20 for the series and materials. Contributions of any size are accepted by check. No one will be turned away if unable to contribute at this time.
