Are you experiencing work at home burnt-out?

Do you feel stressed when work interferes with family time?

This workshop will address those issues and offer solutions:

1. What causes poor work-life balance

2. The benefits of work-life balance

3. Work-life balance strategies

4. How to separate work and life working remotely from home


Presenter: Jennifer Sedillo is currently a Human Resources Supervisor at UPS. I have an Associate's degree in Business, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In addition, I'm a doctoral student of Organizational Psychology at Alliant International University and in the process of writing a dissertation about Work-Life balance. I have a passion for human resources, organizational development, and learning and training.
