This month, we are thrilled to welcome

Dr. Charryse Johnson

for a discussion called

"You Become What You Believe"

If you’ve ever felt mentally drained, unmotivated , or battled self-doubt, don’t miss the chance to be in the room. It’s time to cut ties with suffering in silence and allowing unchecked stress to crush your confidence or ignite your inner critic.

Dr. Charryse Johnson is going to help us unmask and expire mindsets that no longer serve us well. She will join us for an engaging and meaningful look at four common beliefs that can consciously and subconsciously limit our power and potential.

  • Fear of Failure
  • People-Pleasing
  • Imposter Syndrome
  • Unrealistic Expectations

Then we will skip to the good part. Dr. Charryse will share her patented 5-on-5 System of Success, a daily framework that can help shift your mindset, redefine your view of success, and unlock your inner powerhouse!!

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify expired mindsets that are limiting your power and potential.
  • Learn to leverage the brain’s capacity for growth and change.

About Dr. Charryse:

Dr. Charryse Johnson is an award- winning speaker and author of #1 best-seller book, Expired Mindsets: Releasing Patterns That No Longer Serve You Well (2021) and Get Off the Scale and Heal (2023).

Dr. Johnson holds a B.A. in Human Development and Family Studies, an M.A. in Professional Counseling, and her PhD. in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in crisis and trauma. Some of her most recent work involved conducting international research geared toward reducing the stigma around mental health. In addition, she is a strong community advocate and has been a contributor on radio, social media, television, and documentaries.

As an executive wellness consultant, she supports non-profits, educational institutions, and corporations looking to develop strategic initiatives that center leadership, inclusivity, and emotional well-being. Her thought leadership has been featured in CNBC Online News, Prevention, Romper, Healthline, Bustle, and the Atlassian. She has also supported organizations such as LPL Financial, Exude Inc., Dentsu International, Microsoft, and Nations of Coaches.

Her passion is rooted in the belief that our past only holds the power we have relinquished— it is only meant to be a place of reference and not a place of residence. One person, one organization at a time, she aims to help others honor the space they were designed to occupy.

We hope you will join us!
