Noon – 1:30 pm The Olympic Culinary Loop kicks off the Tourism Summit with its semi-annual “Lunch and Learn.” Following a delicious lunch celebrating fresh, regional products prepared by the talented culinary team at Fort Worden, learn from local experts about what it takes to run a culinary tourism business.
