Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Atlanta Fall 2012 Graduation Ceremony 

Congratulations! Your graduation ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, October 6, 2012.  We are pleased to celebrate this achievement with you.  Please register online by September 21, 2012.  Each graduate is allotted 5 tickets-1 ticket for the graduate and 4 tickets for guests. The college reserves the right to limit ticket quantities to ensure that all eligible graduates have the opportunity to participate.  We recommend that you contact fellow classmates if additional tickets are needed. Please note that the ballroom has changed to the Georgia Ballroom.  If you printed tickets early, be sure to notify your guests to proceed to the Georgia Ballroom.

Important Information

Graduation Attire

The attire is the Le Cordon Bleu chef's jacket, black dress slacks, polished black shoes, black socks, and cravat (honor society cravat is acceptable). You will be awarded the toque as part of the ceremony. Graduates receiving honors will receive appropriately colored cords at check-in.You may purchase a new chef's jacket online at http://orderentry.chefworks.com/lcbstudents/v2.  The code is LCBSTUDENT. Graduation Venue Details 

• Georgia World Congress Center, Georgia Ballroom, 235 Northside Drive, NW, Atlanta, GA 30313. The ballroom is located in Building C, Level 3.

• The Georgia World Congress Center is located in downtown Atlanta adjacent to Centennial Olympic Park. Please park in either the Gold Deck or the Blue/Yellow Parking Lots.  Parking fees will apply.  For directions, please visit http://www.gwcc.com/directions/directions/BuildingC.aspx.

• The Georgia World Congress Center is MARTA accessible. Visit www.itsmarta.com for additional details.

• The GWCC and Ballroom are wheelchair accessible.  (Wheelchairs may be rented the day of the ceremony from the GWCC service desk.)

We are honored that you will participate in our commencement ceremony, and we look forward to your participation.  Here are specific instructions for your review.

• Order your black mortar board with blue tassel & black gown from Jostens, our third party vendor for all graduation items.

• We suggest that you press your robe, once you receive it, and bring it to the ceremony on a hanger.

• Order your announcements, if desired, from Jostens at www.jostens.com.   Be sure to select the correct school and program.

• Please contact the Campus Director of Career Services at ctalley@atlanta.chefs.edu to provide the following details:

•  Indicate if you are an honors graduate and that you will need the Honors Cord in accordance with Honors or High Honors.

•  Indicate your online program of study and degree.

• Provide the correct spelling of your name and the correct email address so that your inclusion in their program is accurate, and that you receive up to date invites and information from the ground campus regarding their ceremony and activities.

Graduation Clearance
