Destination Regulation: Compliance is not a bad word. This course will review ways Administrators can stay on top of what’s new in regulations while meeting the demands of residents and families. In this 4-hour course, instructor(s) will review important 2015 regulations each administrator should have implemented and new California administrator laws impacting operations in 2016. A group discussion will be held on best practices to ensure compliance and administrator experiences in what happens in non-compliance status.
