2023 SAME Rock Island Post Small Business Industry Day 

Hello SAME Rock Island Post members, friends and partners:

We are proud to host the upcoming 2023 Rock Island Small Business Industry Day on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 from 8:00am to 5:00pm (CST) here in the Quad Cities! As in years past, the Post will also offer a social/networking event the night before the conference on Tuesday, March 21, 2023. Both events will be held at the River Center in Davenport, Iowa. 

Register now for this great opportunity to showcase your business’ unique capabilities and hear from speakers representing the private and public sectors discussing best practices and upcoming USACE projects. The event will include briefings from Rock Island District staff and opportunities to meet one on one with Government representatives and other businesses. This event is open to all businesses, small and large who are interested in doing business with the federal government.  

Tuesday Mar 21, 2023:

Gather for a pre-conference Social and Networking Event from 5:30pm-7:30pm, hosted by SAME Rock Island Post at the RiverCenter/Adler Theatre Atrium located at 136 East 3^rd St, Davenport, IA 52801

Social event tickets are $30/person and include two drink tickets, heavy appetizers, water and soft drink stations. 

Please note: This event requires the advance purchase of a ticket and is not included in the conference registration fee.

The pre-conference social event attendance is capped at 200 people. Ticket sales for this event will end by 3-12-2023 or when the attendee limit has been reached.

Includes one ticket to the event and your company name displayed prominently at the event and recognition from the podium by event hosts.

Wednesday Mar 22, 2023:

Registration includes the full day of informative sessions, breakfast and lunch. Register early (before March 11th) to receive a discounted conference registration fee!

Please note: Conference attendance is capped at 300 people and all conference attendees must register. Conference registration does not include a ticket to the 3-21-23 Social and Networking Event, which must be purchased separately.   

Registration fee for SAME members-$125/person before 03-11-2023.  After that date, registration fee increases to $200/person.

Nonmember registration fee is $175/person before 03-11-2023. After that date, registration fee increases to $250/person.

Government employee registration fee is $50

Cancellation Policy

A full refund of all fees for registration will be granted if written notice is received by SAME Rock Island Post no later than March 11, 2023. Sponsorship payment is non-refundable. In order to receive your full benefits, the sooner you select sponsorship, the sooner you can use your benefits. Due to deadlines associated with printed materials, only Silver and Bronze Sponsorships will be sold after March 14, 2023, should any still be available at that time. 

This is an in-person event. Sessions will NOT be live-streamed or recorded for later review. All attendees grant permission for event photography and images to be used in future social media or future promotional materials. Presentations will be made available to registered attendees after the event.
