Visibility for and inclusion of people who are LGBTQ+ in workplaces is at an all-time high. A record number of organizations have earned perfect scores on the Corporate Equality Index, and LGBTQ+ network groups have become larger and more diverse than ever before. However, all this progress has not necessarily translated into real culture change for the people who need it most. In this session, we'll take a look at the progress and challenges around LGBTQ+ inclusion, look at ways to address these issues through effective action-based allyship efforts, and examine some of the most critical emerging issues for the HR professionals seeking to support LGBT+ employees.
