The 1000 Islands Charity Poker Run is a grassroots, volunteer-driven event dedicated to the charitable needs and economic development of the Thousand Islands Region. ALL proceeds from this year’s event will be donated to our partner charities, Make A Wish of Central New York and the River Community Wellness Center at River Hospital. This year’s event will kick-off Thursday, July 18, 2019 with boats on display and a Street Party throughout all of downtown Clayton. The Run will take place on Saturday, July 20, 2019.

    Entries are non-transferrable.

    Please make sure your phone number and email address is accurate when you register - we will be sending out updates with important information leading up to the event!  
     
    The entry fee is $750 and includes the driver and one crew member. This includes your entry fee for the poker run,  event t-Shirt, Captain’s Gift, Saturday morning breakfast, lunch, and dinner and attendance at awards banquet and auction on Saturday Night.     The $750 entry fee must be paid at the time of registration. 

    Additional crew members are $175 per person.     Additional crew can be added separately until a couple weeks prior to the event. To register Addiitonal Crew CLICK HERE.
     
    *** INSURANCE REQUIREMENT ***
    Proof of insurance is required with your entry and must submitted to us by MAY 1, 2019 -     failure to send your proof of insurance will forefit your registration to the event. You may submit  your proof of insurance by:

    Fees & Prizes

    Entry Fee - $750 per boat, includes driver and one crew member.
  • Additional Crew Member - $175 each
  • 1 Poker Hand per Registration. Additional Hands may be purchased at Banquet Saturday.
  • Prizes will be awarded to top 3 poker hands. ($5,000, $3,500 & $1,500)

    Slip Assignment

    Registration includes dock space/rafts for Thursday, Friday & Saturday - July 18, 19 & 20, 2019 at the Clayton Harbor Municipal Marina, the Village of Clayton Municipal Docks or the Antique Boat Museum. The TICPR Committee and/or Harbormaster reserves the right to make changes to slip assignments based on the needs and logistics of the event. 
     
    If you plan on coming before Thursday you are responsible for reserving your own dock slip through the town of Clayton -Clayton Harbor Marina.

     
    Accomodations

    The 1000 Islands Harbor Hotel is the Host Hotel for the Event again this year. Rooms are first come first serve based on time of registration. Once you register, we will send your information to the Hotel so you will be able to call and reserve a room. When calling the Hotel, please speak with Colleen or JoAnne.
