2017 Annual Conference: 
One in the Spirit: Sacred Spaces, Thin Places

ECCC's Annual Conference is a time for education and camaraderie. Join us in Hawaii for a week of rejuvenation and reflection.

• During registration, you'll have the option to add donations for hospitality, childcare, and carbon emmisiooffsets. These are all optional. You can also purchase an ECCC t-shirt, or reverse raffle tickets for a chance to win a weekend in NYC (including dinner with the Presiding Bishop) or on Lake Tahoe (including ski passes). 
• Shuttles will be available for one-way or round trip transport to/from Honolulu, and are included in all registration fees. Please send transportation plans to Ashley@EpiscopalCCC.org. 
• 2017 registration fees: (Use this form to apply for a scholarship, and submit BEFORE registering.)
  
  Please note that due to space at Camp Mokule`ia, single rooms will not be available for this conference. We will offer a reasonable conference-only rate for those wishing to take advantage of the numerous nearby Airbnb or VRBO options. The following rates are for the first registrant from your center. Each subsequent registrant pays $25 less, up to $75 less for the 4th and beyond person from your center. 
  
  Airport transportation is included in these registration fees. 
  • Double Room with Private Bath: $735 -- SOLD OUT 
  • Double Room with Shared Bath: $685
  • Dormitory-style in Cabins: $525
  • Campground (Tents provided): $425
  • Commuter Rate: $300, or $75/day

Non-attending rates are available for family and friends attending with you. 

• Double Room with Private Bath: $510 (adults), $460 (youth, ages 2-17) -- SOLD OUT 
• Double Room with Shared Bath: $460 (adults), $410 (youth, ages 2-17)
• Dormitory-style in Cabins: $300 (adults), $250 (youth, ages 2-17)
• Campground (Tents provided): $200 (adults), $150 (youth, ages 2-17)

Discounted rates are offered for the second and third registrations from the same center/camp/program. A fee of $100 is applied to a registration from a non-member center.
