Class Details
What to Wear
Wear loose or stretchy, comfortable clothing. Be prepared to remove your shoes and be seated on the floor.
What to Bring
If you have a yoga mat or small blanket, bring it. If not, we have some for you. :-)
Arrival Details
Please arrive early (at least 10 minutes before class time). Remove your shoes upon entrance, grab a mat (if you didn't bring one) or lay out yours wherever there's room.
Prepare Your Belly
You can't meditate on an empty stomach so try not to eat anything heavy for at least 2 to 3 hours before class. The lighter you are physically, the easier it is to meditate.
