Do you suffer from upper back and neck pain often caused by eight hours in front of your computer known commonly as Computer related Neck Syndrome. Learn a simple strategy to significantly reduce neck and upper back pain by implementing these strength training exercises. Focused on core and shoulder retraction, these exercises can easily be performed at home with a simple exercise band. Please bring an exercise band to be used during the class.
