Lance Parrish

- One of the best catchers offensively and defensively in his career
- 8X All Star, World Series Champion, 3X Gold Glove Award, 6X Silver Slugger Award
- Currently serves as the special assistant to the general manager of the Detroit Tigers.
2020 Distinguished Alumnus Award Recipient
Bill Tuscany
- 1973 EMU graduate
- Retired (2018) EMU Associate Head Athletic Trainer
- Spent 32 years serving generations of Eastern Michigan student-athletes, coaches and staff
- Charter member of Athletic Training Chapter of the Eastern Michigan Alumni Association and served as preceptor in EMU's accredited athletic training curriculum
- His tireless efforts supported Eastern Baseball throughout his tenure, and in addition, Tuscany worked hand-in-hand with 105 of EMU's all-time Mid-American Conference Championship teams. He has also worked with scores of Olympians, National Champions, and All-Americans as a part of his sports medicine responsibilities.
