Participants are encouraged to book the hotel to help pay for the event. The event requires minimum hotel room nights to be held. Software Test Suites, host devices, and ISV products must reserve a room to be used for testing. Also travelers needing to stay at the hotel can reserve a room here:

When everything is complete, i.e. TCG membership confirmed, hotel registration confirmed, completed NDA received, and event fee payment confirmed then you will receive an event registration confirmation. Registration cutoff date is May 3rd, 2016.
