If your work involves working with other people, especially in a healing, consulting, management, coaching, therapeutic, or service capacity, this program will be useful to you. Whether you are a relative novice to constellation work or an experienced facilitator seeking breakthrough to a new level of practice and understanding in your work, you will be able to shape the program to meet your needs. Learning Program
Together we collaborate in shaping this training. In teaching constellation work internationally over the past 14 years, I’ve learned that most of you are likely to learn best when:

• Your learning is customized to your skill level and the context in which you want to use constellations.
• Learning is co-created through generative experiences with myself as an elder and guide, and other students who are passionate about this work and bring different perspectives, and your engagement with the important others in your life while you are in this program.
• You follow your own pacing and timing, and work to the depth that is compatible with your life situation.
• You bring your real-life situations and issues into the training context.

Each of the three 4-day in-class coaching & training sessions will take place at the HSII office South of Portland.

Location
The three in-class sessions will take place south of the Portland area in a very special, newly built, energy efficient, straw-bale farm house. Online video conferences will take place via Zoom.us or similar web-conferencing software, you need only a computer, an internet browser, and a smart phone style headset. Our online classroom is accessible through our website.

Investment
An initial deposit of $370 USD is required to reserve your place (and becomes your last monthly payment). After your initial deposit, monthly payments $375 USD  are due by the 5^th of each month through March, 2017. The remaining balance can be paid off in full at any time before the end of the program.

Program Trainer
Jane Peterson, PhD, is the founder and director of the Human Systems Institute, Inc. She is a renowned trainer of systemic constellation work in Asia, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Europe, and the U.S. She has been on the faculty of the annual Systemic Constellation Intensive in Bernried, Germany since 2007.  Dr. Peterson is a contributing writer, and has been an editor and member of the Advisory Board for The Knowing Field Magazine. In addition to being a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Certified Professional Behavioral Coach, she holds a doctorate in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University.  She is an INFOSYON Certified Master Trainer.
