Applied Organizational Constellations

You've learned the basics, now the focus is on your goals. How do you want to use OC in your professional practice or position? What is your fondest hope for bringing systemic approaches into organizational reality? Let's figure out together how to make that movement possible. Join a select cohort of colleagues who are alums of the OC Online program.
Based on a participatory action framework, you will be invited to suggest topics for each session. One participant's project or organization will be a focus for each session, and all participants will receive a check-in with brief coaching from Jane and other participants. We will use constellations as a framework – a systemic method – as a form of inquiry, and as a guide.

Cohort Size: Limited to 10 alumni on a first come, first-served basis.
Investment: $1250 for ten sessions. Payment plan available.
Location:
The program will take place via Zoom video conferences and the Thinkific online classroom. To join you need only a computer, an internet browser, and a smart phone style or similar headset.
Prerequisites:
To participate in this program, you must:
• Have certified in one of the Institute's OC programs or taken the Institute's OC program at least twice, or...
• Have completed another qualified Organizational Constellation training .
• Have a specific project, organization, or application you wish to work with during the program.
• Register and complete a short description of your project or application or outcome in the online classroom prior to the start of the program.
Your Program Trainer, Jane Peterson, PhD
Jane Peterson, PhD, is the founder and director of the Human Systems Institute, Inc. She is a renowned trainer of systemic constellation work, and has taught in Asia, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Europe, and the U.S. She was on the faculty of the annual Systemic Constellation Intensive in Bernried, Germany from 2007-2015. Dr. Peterson has been a contributing writer, a former editor, and member of the Advisory Board for The Knowing Field Journal. In addition to being a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Certified Professional Behavioral Coach, she holds a doctorate in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University. She is currently North America's only infosyon Certified Master Trainer, and she would be thrilled to have you join her.
