Booktalk: "The Nation’s Capital Brewmaster" by Mark Benbow 

Author Mark Benbow tells stories from his biography, "The Nation’s Capital Brewmaster; Christian Heurich and his Brewery 1842-1956", focusing on Heurich’s career during the 1910s and the effect Wilson’s policies had upon this long-established DC business, and the anti-spy panic when Heurich was accused of planning at assassinate Wilson. 

Dr. Mark Benbow is an assistant professor of American History at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia.  Books will be available for signing.
