Rescuing Yourself from Codependency

Free To Be Me: Rescuing Yourself From Codependency is a 4-Day Therapy Intensive Workshop, offered at Santé Center For Healing, that utilizes Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), to work with individuals who are struggling in their personal and/or professional relationships.  Codependence is often defined as investing and focusing one’s time and energy into everything and everyone else.  However, simply defined, codependence is a lack of a relationship with oneself.  Important topics of focus during the 4-Day workshop include: education on the family system, defense mechanisms, shame, the drama triangle, boundaries, power and powerlessness, connection, breaking free from the drama triangle, self-care and learning how to free yourself from codependent behavior and dysfunctional relationship patterns.
