In today’s market, it is more important than ever to understand the tools used in negotiating multiple offers and the dangers of using them, on both the buyer and sellers side. We will explore the hidden danger to a seller of a “no inspection offer” as well as the dangers of escalation clauses and not exploring other terms of the offer beyond price and if it’s a cash or loan, that could actually make your offers much more desirable to a seller. We will also look at tools for sellers to counter, and make sure you are reducing the chances of an Ethics Complaint or license law violation that you may never have even realized was potential! This course will explore all of these and more!
