Erik Petrovskis is Director of Environmental Compliance and Sustainability at Meijer. Erik has 20 years of experience as an environmental consultant. At Meijer, Erik is responsible for due diligence, remediation, compliance, and environmental sustainability, with particular focus on stormwater and food waste management. He holds a PhD in environmental engineering from The University of Michigan and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

The 7th Annual Stormwater Summit, a collaboration of the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner’s Office, Pure Oakland Water, and Lawrence Technological University, is now open for registration. Topics will include green infrastructure and other sustainability practices, funding and implementation mechanisms, legislative updates, municipal infrastructure project reviews, and an in-depth history of the Red Run Drain. Water Resources Commissioners, Drain and Public Works Commissioners, county, city, township and village officials, watershed council members, students, environmentalists, and other interested stakeholders, along with engineering and industry professionals are invited.
