Friendly Reminders

• If you registered and are unable to attend, cancel before the registration deadline to avoid being charged.  
• Cancellations made after the registration deadline are subject to billing.  
• No-shows are billed including member techs, member's guests and associates to the member at the clinic where they work.
• Members may invite one non-member veterinarian per year to attend at the non-member rate after which the non-member rate applies. 
• Nonmembers cannot be billed.
• Menu and program are subject to change.
• Check-in required.   Always sign-in so that we have a formal record of your attendance. 
• Payment is not a registration.   Register to avoid late or walk-in fees.  
• If you can't attend, you may send a substitute to fill your spot.  Let the SAVMA office know who your substitute is (member or technician name)  The nonmember veterinarian registration rate applies if the sub is a nonmember veterinarian.  Late fees apply if the original registration was a late registration.
