  • Update on recent changes in both Federal and State laws governing the practice of dentistry including anesthesia and sedation rules, the administration of BOTOX, licensing fees and the aggressive interest in the Board currently being taken by the Governor’s office
  • The Dental Practice Act and its intersection with the ADA Principles of Ethics and Code of Professional Conduct  
  • Ethical challenges associated with the trend toward “DIY” dentistry and the role of the dental profession to educate patients in dealing with market disrupters
