What to Expect at the 2014 Cesar Chavez Day Health Fair:
This year we want to encompass all aspects of health: physical, emotional, social, and mental. We want to celebrate and support community wellness!

Exhibitor Fees:
Before March 1st.................................$50
March 1st  - March 14th......................$60
March 15th - March 21st.....................$65
Extra Table...........................................$25

Each Exhibitor Will Receive:
One 8-foot table
Two chairs
Lunch for two exhibitors  

Schedule:
8:30 am - 9:30 am - Set-Up
10:00 am - 2:00 pm - Fair is open
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm - Breakdown 

Our Commitment to Health (and How You Fit In):
We request that you support our commitment to a healthy event by not giving out candy, soda, or other sugary products. Fresh fruits and veggies, non-edibles, and other healthy options are welcome! If you have candy or sweets, we will ask you to not hand it out.

Exhibitor Registration:
Each organization that participates in the Fair is required to register. This allows the Health Fair Committee to make sure all organizations fit into this years theme of Celebrating a Healthy Community. If you have questions, please contact Marcy Morgan: mamorgan@napacoe.org.
