21st Annual Scientific Meeting of the

Velo-Cardio-Facial Syndrome Educational Foundation 

• Registration for VCFSEF meeting at the Circus Circus, Las Vegas, Nevada. July 10-13, 2014.
• Join VCFSEF as a member for $40.00 and save on registration fees.  For families, only need one membership/family.  Membership MUST BE CURRENT (i.e. paid membership dues since 1/1/14)
• Registration fees have been kept low ($150.00/Adult for a member) or $200.00/Adult Non Member 
• Family Registration for members is $275.00 (2 Adults and 2 Children)  or $325.00 (2 Adults and 2 Children) for non members
• One person in a family, or an individual must have a current membership in the VCFSEF for the  above lower rates.  Current memberships would be for calendar year 2014 only (i.e. 1/1/14 - 12/31/14).  If you have not renewed your membership since 1/1/14, you will need to purchae a membership to get member registration rates.  
• Childcare (Kidz Zone) will be provided for registered children of all ages. ($75.00/child) 
• Upstream Arts is an option for registered children ($75.00/Child) who are 8-16 years of age.  Upstream Arts will provide programming for 8-16 year old children for  2 hours in the morning,and 2 hours in the afternoon on Friday and Saturday.  Parents have the option of placing their children in Kidz Zone before and after Upstream Arts.  If the parents would like to have their children return to Kidz Zone before and after Upstream Arts, they will need to sign the child in and out of Kidz Zone.   On Sunday morning, all children will attend Kidz Zone.  
• Any child, participating in Kidz Zone and/or Upstream Arts must be registered.  Registration for children is $75.00/child.  
• Registration for Kidz Zone and/or Upstream Arts (children) and/or the meeting (Adults) DOES NOT include registration for the Welcome Reception and/or the "Gala Event".  These registrations are additional
•   Join the VCFSEF on Saturday night for the "Gala Event", this includes a buffet dinner and wristbands for Adults and Children (over 48 inches tall).    The "Gala" at the Adventurdome is a seperate fee of $50.00/Adult and $35.00/child.  Children under 5 are free.
• Registration for the Welcome reception on Thursday, July 10, 2014 is also a sepeate fee.  This event will have popcorn, a cash bar, and a movie.  Registation is $7.00/Adult and $5.00/Child, Children under 5 are free.  
• Registration fees include access to ALL programing, and one coffee break/day.
• This year, all of the available handouts from the presenters will be online.  There will be no notebooks available.  Handouts from  the presenters who agree to providing their information will be available to download as of July 7,  2014.  Participants will need to download and bring a copy of the handouts for the meeting.
