The Northern New England Association of Healthcare Executives invites you to virtually attend a Panel Discussion "Key State Health Legislative Issues Facing Leaders and Potential Responses"

 

 

The Northern New England Association of Healthcare Executives is pleased to partner with ACHE in hosting panel discussion "140. Virtual: Key State Health Legislative Issues Facing Leaders and Potential Responses" on 11/6/2020 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM Eastern.  This session has been approved for 1.5 virtual Face-to-Face education hour(s) by ACHE.  

Immediatlely following the Virtual Panel Discussion, the Northern New England Association of Healthcare Executives will hold an annual Business Meeting via Zoom.  

The Panel Discussion virtual event will be held in the ACHE Learning Management System and a registration link will be sent to you within 2 working days of registration.   All future instructions regarding personalized event links, pre-reading and course materials, program evaluations and sign-in instructions will be sent via the ACHE Learning Management System.  If you are a member of ACHE, use of the ACHE Learning Management System will allow education credits to automatically be applied to you MY ACHE account, based on your participation in the event. 10:30 am  – 12:00 pm ACHE Panel discussion "140. Virtual: Key State Health Legislative Issues Facing Leaders and Potential Responses" 

Numerous public policy and legislative issues around healthcare delivery and public health affect healthcare organizations and demand involvement of their leaders to respond and adjust organizational policies and procedures. These issues often relate to improving population health, access and coverage through Medicaid and other programs, improving value, addressing consumer issues and workforce shortages, and more. Learning these issues and being involved in policy and organizational responses is important for healthcare leaders, regardless of how directly they may be involved.
