Objectives:

1. Validate and expand knowledge of current quality, safety, and successful collaboration practices.

2. Examine the impact of 'issues' and trends in delivery of safe, quality care and outcomes.

3. Explain ways to ensure safe healthcare processes directed by patients needs.

4. Stimulate inquiries in improving clinical practice through quality, safety and authentic collaborative (leadership) actions.

Online registration is encouraged, walk-in registration will be accepted on the day of the event, but not guaranteed. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy: A refund, minus a $10 administrative charge, will be granted if notified

7 days prior to course. No refunds will be granted after this date, or for non-attendance.
