NCFA DISTRIBUTOR SOCIAL 2021

The countdown to the largest networking event in the Cleveland area has begun!!  On Thursday, July 8th, the NCFA will host its 12th Annual Distributor Social!  We are so thankful for the support the industry has given this event and realize this couldn't be possible without the support from our SUPPLIER SPONSORS.  THANK YOU! This sponorship from the SUPPLIER companies allow DISTRIBUTOR companies TO ATTEND FOR FREE (up to 5 attendees). The NCFA Distributor Social brings together top distributors and suppliers in the fastener industry for 3 hours of networking. There are no booths to drag in and set-up.  You are not working behind a table all evening hoping a prospective customer or a currrent customer heads your way.  You get to decide how little or how much you want to get out of the evening. There will be a selection of delicious hot & cold hors d'oeuvres and free drink tickets.  This event attracts attendees from all over, not just the Cleveland area.  Although last year we had to cancel because of Covid, the year prior we had over 200 people in attendance! This is an event you don't want to miss! We understand some may still be hesitant attending with Covid lingering.  However, we are hopeful with the vacinnes now available for most, wearing a mask, the strict cleaning procedures put in place by the hotel, and delaying the event until summer, others will feel comfortable attending. Please note, we have changed venues for this event.  It will now be held at the Holiday Inn, Strongsville.  Look for more information below on how to reserve a room with our discounted rate.

Because of the uniqueness of the Distributor Social and the multiple registration options for suppliers and distributors, please pay close attention to the Registration Page Options and read the descriptions.

SUPPLIERS - Your sponsorship amount includes 5 attendees.  Your registration is per sponsorship, NOT per attendee. If you wish to send more than 5 attendees, there is an option for that on the registration page. Dont forget to email your company logo to Lgraham@ncfaonline.com by June 28th, to be included in the show materials. 

DISTRIBUTORS - The first 5 distributors from each company get to attend the for FREE, thanks to our supplier sponsors.  If you wish to send more than 5 attendees, there is an additional option and cost on the registration page. 

BAR SPONSORSHIP - These optional sponsorships are available to suppliers and distributors. There will be a limited number available.  There is a designated spot on the registration form for this sponsorship. Bar sponsors will be included on bar signage and on drink tickets.   Suppliers please note, this sponsorship is in addition to your supplier sponsorship.  You must be registered as a supplier sponsor before you can register as a bar sponsor.  

This year, our friends at Solution Industires are opening the doors of their Strongsville facility to our Members and Distributor Social Attendees.  They will be hosting lunch with tours to follow, prior to the Distributor Social:

HOLIDAY INN STRONGSVILLE:  The Distributor Social will be held at the Holiday Inn Strongsville, OH this year. This is a new venue for us.  The old venue is going through some management changes and is not in a potion to hold our event.  For those interested in booking a room with our discounted rate of $89/night, please click on thie link below or contact the hotel at 440/238-8800 and ask for the NCFA rate.  This rate is available July 7th and July 8th.
