Group 401(k) Retirement Plan Programs

They can give business owners a more efficient and effective way to reach their goals through their retirement plans.  They give organizations a way to differentiate themselves and bring meaningful benefits to their members or clients.

This session will make you aware of all the group 401(k) program options.  When you understand how these different solutions address unique needs, you will have the knowledge to drive decisions and recommendations for yourself and your clients.  Discussion concerning the individual types of plans will relate the fiduciary and legal requirements as they are applied to each plan to assist lawyers in representing clients on the creation of these types of plans.

While the CLE credit is meaningful, the information provided will be beneficial to the practice owners, plan Trustees and participants, and practice managers.  The presentation is designed to discuss fiduciary obligations from a legal perspective as related to 401(k) programs.
