Internet access will not be available in the meeting room so please be sure to download the necessary materials prior to the workshop.
Following the conclusion of the workshop at noon on Tuesday, November 15, Dr. Hatch, Ms. Cason and Mr. York will be available for individual 15 minute sessions from 1:00 - 3:00 pm. These special 15 minute sessions will be based on time availability and requests made in advance. A sign-up roster will be available at the beginning of the workshop.
Omni Hotel Room Availability Update: As of October 14, 2011, 4:00 pm CDT, the Omni Hotel may no longer have rooms available for November 13-14. Persons interested in attending the Accreditation Workshop may wish to check surrounding area hotels for room availability before registering for the workshop.
Hotel rooms are available at the Omni Hotel at the CNN Center at a special rate of $175 per night plus tax for the CoAEMSP workshop. To make your hotel reservation and receive this special rate, please contact the hotel directly via the hotel link provided below. Hotel reservations must be made no later than Friday, October 14, 2011, to guarantee the special room rate of $175 per night plus tax. The special rate is only guaranteed through October 14, 2011, but may be still available on a space available basis after that date.

Workshop participants are responsible for their hotel reservations and should cancellation be necessary, please contact the Omni Hotel at the CNN Center in advance of your anticipated arrival date.
The workshop EARLY BIRD registration fee is $300 through October 14, 2011. Registration beginning October 15, 2011 is $350. This fee includes the cost of the workshop plus breakfast, lunch and breaks each day. Registration will close automatically after November 4, 2011; attendees wishing to register after this date should contact the Executive Office at 817-330-0080, ext. 115, to be manually registered on a space available basis.
Payment is requested by credit card via PayPal at the time of registration. Should an institution need to submit payment by check, please mail the check to the CoAEMSP Executive Office for manual processing. Payment must be received no later than 10 days prior to the workshop in order to complete your reservation. Registrations cancelled after November 7, 2011, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
