Vendor Registration Now Open!

This is your annual opportunity to meet face-to-face with the C&W executive team, and property management and sales teams from more than 30 C&W properties, including hotels, restaurants and a fabulous golf course.

We have room for 35 companies at the Vendor Trade Show on Tuesday, February 25th.  Booth rates range from $1000 to $3000, depending upon your level of participation.  Please note additional fees for additional company representatives. 

45-Minute Educational Sessions  There are a limited number of speaking session available to Platinum Sponsors only.  In addition to everything else, you will be scheduled for a speaking session in front of our audience of sales directors and managers on Monday, February 24th, or with our general managers on Wednesday, February 26th.  

Luncheon Table Host   You and your registered colleagues will host a table for lunch on Monday, February 24th, with our sales directors and managers; on Tuesday, February 25th, with our combined teams of sales and general managers; or, on Wednesday, February 26th, with our general managers. Your company's logo will be prominently displayed at the table.  This opportunity is included with Platinum and Gold Sponsorships only.

Tuesday Afternoon Trade Show  This lively two-hour showcase event gives all of our sponsors an opportunity to demonstrate their products and services to our hotels' sales teams, management teams and the C&W corporate executive staff. Drawings, product samples and free trials are encouraged! 

Tuesday Evening Awards Dinner & Entertainment Event   Join us for dinner on Tuesday evening with our entire corporate office staff, general managers, sales directors and sales managers as we celebrate their accomplishments.  A highlight of our annual conference, everyone gets to enjoy this fun event.  Besides great food and entertainment, you have an entire evening to mix and mingle with C&W associates in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. This is a great opportunity to strengthen existing business relationships and create new ones.
