Cancellations

Refunds will be made with a written notice of cancellation received by May 11, 2016.  Refunds will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.  No refunds will be given after May 11, 2016.  No shows will be charged $295.

Annual Meeting & Innovation Forum

Advancing Medication Measurement, Reporting and Outcomes

PQA's Annual Meeting and Innovation Forum will be held at the Renaissance Capital View Hotel in Arlington, VA  -- just minutes from Reagan National Airport. The meeting will begin on Wednesday, May 18th and will conclude on Friday, May 20th at 11:30 AM.

Healthcare executives from health plans, PBMs, community pharmacy, pharmaceutical research and technology companies, government agencies including CMS and the FDA, healthcare associations and academia, will come together to hear from healthcare experts on the state of the industry and to share thoughts and ideas on improving medication use and safety.

Highlights of the meeting include (view preliminary agenda): 

  • Opening Keynote:  Kate Goodrich, MD, Director, Center for Clinical Standards and Quality at CMS will address "Advancing Healthcare Delivery:  Progress towards HHS' Value-based Goals"
  • Reactor Panel moderated by Susan Dentzer, President and CEO, The Network for Excellence in Health Innovation (NEHI)
  • Back by popular demand:  Cliff Goodman as moderator of a lively panel discussion "Cost-Effectiveness Data:  Does it have a Place in Performance Measure Development?"
  • CMS update on the Ratings Programs in both Medicare and the Health Insurance Exchange Programs
  • PQA Quality Awards Program
  • Innovation Forum and breakout sessions covering timely industry issues including States' approaches to the Opioid Epidemic, Cost of Care, and the Enhanced MTM Model
