People living with disabilities are the largest unrecognized minority group in the US and across the globe. They possess a purchasing power that remains largely untapped. They also make up a large talent pool that hovers at an 80% unemployment rate.
As the Baby Boom population moves into retirement disability rates are expected to sky-rocket, making people living with disabilities a prime target market for any business. And as the US faces one of the largest labor shortages in history, getting better at disability employment will be key to survival on all levels of commerce.
In this workshop discussion, led by local 2019 Leading Disability Employer, and trusted digital accessibility firm, WeCo Accessibility Services, you will learn how small and medium-sized businesses are well-poised to take advantage of these key demographic shifts.
