This Changes Everything: Complying with the 2019 Legislature's Vast Changes to Nevada Labor & Employment Law

                                                                                                                                        

  

Join KZA Partner, Jen Sarafina, and KZA Associate, Kaitlin Paxton, for an informative management workshop where they will address the leglislative changes to Nevada's labor and employment laws.  Topics to include marijuana testing of applicants, Nevada's minimum wage increase, changes to overtime exemptions, mandatory paid sick leave, and other legislative bills that impact companies doing business in Nevada.
