The Employer Perspective: What Works and What Doesn't

As Job Developers we often wish that we could get into the heads of the employers we connect with to find out what would make a partnership successful from their perspective. Well now you have your chance! Join us on February 8th from 10am-12pm PST for our next webinar "The Employer Perspective: What Works and What Doesn't", hosted by WISE's Debbie Moore.

In this session Debbie will speak with a panel of employers to help answer the question: What does it take to successfully approach a new business to market your job-seeking candidate and build a strong, on-going relationship? Hear from hiring employers as they share their experiences: positive, negative, obstacles and expectations. We will query the best method to build a mutually beneficial relationship with local businesses in your community.

This webinar will be beneficial for anyone in the field of Supported Employment that is assisting individuals in locating work, and once placed, maintaining successful outcomes within business settings.
