*Please note: Wise maintains registration and attendance records for our events and training programs. Attendees that fully participate in events and/or complete training programs will receive a certificate to document  full participation as back up for billing purposes.  Wise is required to monitor participation in our courses and provide reports to our funding sources so that they may utilize these records in the course of their audits of programs. These reports may include actual time spent by attendee name, event/training title, county and state. Reports are provided to ensure there is documented proof of the appropriate use of government funds for the purposes of professional development.

Lisa Latchford, Wise Associate
Lisa Latchford is passionate about supporting employment professionals and organizations with raising the bar for great employment achievements. She firmly believes that everyone can contribute their skills and gifts in their own communities. She is currently the President of Fox Associates and teaches for Highline Community College, Certification Program for Employment Specialists. She has over twenty-five years’ experience in the field of developmental disabilities and offers technical assistance consulting services in the following areas: assisting businesses with customized job development strategies, person centered planning to assess abilities, interests and strategies leading to successful employment, accommodation and universal design using high and low tech working tools to increase independence and employability, job coaching, systematic instruction techniques, developing natural supports and fading strategies, life coaching for when things outside of work affect our work success, assessment and discovery strategies, positive behavior support work plans, interview preparation with portfolios and visual resumes, communicating and strategizing with individuals and their teams to achieve specific employment goals in their IEP or Employment plan.
