Flank It With A Good Attitude

The Wisconsin Association of Legal Administrators (WALA) and its co-sponsor, the State Bar of Wisconsin, invite you to attend the 2012 Legal Leadership Luncheon (L3) on August 21, 2012 at the Italian Community Center, Milwaukee.

L3 is for all management level law firm leaders including managing partners, other attorneys in your firm, finance, marketing, human resource and information technology directors/managers. During the program you will be able to network with other local law firm leaders in a relaxed atmosphere.

Retired U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander Charles “Chip” Lutz, President of Covenant Leadership, LLC is our speaker. Retired LCDR Lutz has 22 years of leadership experience, including two command tours and as the Director of Security for the Naval District in Washington, D.C. during September 11, 2001. His responsibilities, during one of our nation’s most trying times, included the safety and security of 25,000 people on nine naval installations in the National Capital Region. He is a seasoned educator/trainer, currently an adjunct faculty member of two different universities where he has taught over 20 different classes in leadership, management, human resource development and organization behavior. He is a leader who has been there, done that, and has the uniform to prove it! He helps people create positive environments so they can find life more workable and work more livable.

Attitude dictates performance and team members can overcome any obstacle if they know how to “Flank It With A Good Attitude.” This fun, energetic program will cover seven attitudes for success and will leave you with the tools to stay positive, get along, and get the job done – each and every time.

TIME:         Networking -- 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
                   Lunch – 12:00 p.m.
                   Program -- 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.

COST: $20 for members and attendees of WALA member firms
$25 for non-members
