An event in the Spirit of past Convergence events at the Journey's End site.

The Theme - Emergence.

You are invited to help  co-create a simpler, stripped back event with less infrastructure, more spontaneity,self-responsibility and of course plenty of connection, magic and sharing.

The first hundred places are available now.This event is limited to people who have been to at least one Convergence event or are accompanied by a previous attendee. 

What to expect:

1. Marques will be provided (although less than usual)

2. A simple, vegan and gluten free evening meal will be served each evening. Please bring your own food to cover breakfast,lunch and snacks for during the event.

3. Guidelines and rules from the past events on site do not change (no money exchange, no drugs, no alcohol, no bikes, no dogs, etc. ), As experienced convergees you are expected to follow them as usual. 

4. All participants co-create the event to the extent they are capable of. 

The first hundred places are available now. In light of the potential restrictions on numbers at events, we are limiting the first run of places to 100 people. Once the first 100 places are booked we will likely take registrations for the second tier of up to 50 more tickets max.., to be confirmed closer to the time as Covid Alert levels allow. We will finalise how this will roll in the coming weeks.

Financial contributions are slightly more economical than the usual festival tickets as we are looking at different ways to do the food and cutting back on hiring equipment. We will still have a main marquee and a few others and there will be the opportunity for people to contribute by bringing various items that would be useful. Please be aware that economies of scale have increased some costs.

Here are the minimum contributions/donations requested to book your place at the event:

• Adult:  $245

• Child/teenage 3-17: $110

• Infant 0-2: Free

Once you register you will receive an email with payment instructions. Please pay within 7 days to secure your spot. If your contribution is not received in time your booking will be released to others. It is strictly online registration, no gate registration is planned

We are asking people wanting to attend to register and pay a.s.a.p. so we know we have the numbers to proceed.

No exchange, credit or refund will be guaranteed if you are no longer able to attend the event . Your place booking is transferable to another person if a request is submitted in writing to converging2020@gmail.com  containing the replacement guest name and email address. The request must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the event.

If the event is cancelled due to Covid-19 restriction or other unforeseen circumstances you will receive a partial refund only, as there will be a sunk cost to cover. It is anticipated the refund would be at least 70% of your contribution.If you decide to proceed with registration you are accepting the risk of losing part of your financial contribution
