Cabbage Mania 

This is the class I've been most looking forward to all year.  If you've been to enough Fresh Fork events, you have probably heard me talk about Parker and cabbage.  When I first started Fresh Fork, I had reached out to Parker to ask some opinions and insights.  After several conversations, he invited me over for dinner.  To this day, I still talk about the simple fried cabbage he made that night at his house.  I think I ate the whole bowl and to this day I can't get enough of that preparation.
