Modern Food Science Meets Modern Storytelling

A Keynote and Panel Discussion

From food science knowledge and application to how consumers engage with both information and brands, the complex foodscape is constantly evolving. Fortunately, sharing science-based food and nutrition information through transparent storytelling can still positively impact consumers who are hungry for information.

This session includes a keynote from Dr. Rachel Cheatham, Founder and CEO of Foodscapes, as well as a panel including Erica Kenney, Sensory Analyst, E&J Gallo Winery and Neil Renninger, co-founder of Ripple Foods. In her keynote, Dr. Rachel Cheatham will first detail how we arrived at this fork in the communications road of distrust and misinformation. Then, she will explain how we can co-create and share a compelling modern story about food with today's consumer. The panel, moderated by Dr. Lauren Shimek, will continue the discussion and invite questions from the audience.
